1/ Architecture
Job: receive work directly and analyze information design requirements from customers. Interior architectural design (general and detailed) of villas, restaurants, hotels...Participated in surveying the current state of works, interiors, analyzing and evaluating the current status, drawing the current status , make a preliminary design plan.
Coordinating and managing the design team, planning the design schedule. Knowledge of construction methods, interior and exterior materials, material Spec statistics and actual sample preparation. Coordinate with related departments to complete the project from the design stage to the completion of construction. Proactively suggest improvements to the design process when a mismatch is detected.
Job requirements:
University majoring in architecture or interior design, with 3 years of experience or more.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Skestchup, Vray...or related software.
Creative and logical thinking ability. Good management and coordination.
2/ Staff deploying 2D drawings
Job description:
Assist in conducting site surveys, list problems and work with architects.
Receive filearnh Render from designer, mock up file (3ds and cketchup) to deploy technical detail drawings (architecture, interior shop drawings).
Self-checking the drawing system matches the 3D design drawings. Understanding the principle of interior installation, the principle of interior items is realized from 3D to reality. Coordinating with construction departments, consulting customers, assisting in project acceptance, making as-built drawings.
Job requirements:
Have at least 1 year experience. Proficient in Auto CAD, having skills in layer management, working with layouts and managing drawing systems using sheetset well in Autocad, will be trained more professionally, responsible for independent work, proactively complete all work.
