- Prepare explanations and documents related to planning appraisal and approval. - Implement planning design documents (Design tasks, design options, detailed planning design documents at scale 1/2,000, 1/500...). - Control and review the quality of planning drawings and compliance with current regulations and standards. - Work with state management agencies on planning appraisal and approval, basic design, and technical design of the project. - Coordinate and perform work with other departments in planning design. - Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors. - Salary: 10 - 15 million (may be higher depending on the candidate's capacity). For experienced candidates, the salary is from 15 - 20 million. - 13th month salary bonus, project completion bonus, annual travel. - Lunch and living allowance at the company, Social insurance and other benefits according to Labor Law.
