work content- Implementation of design documents for general planning, detailed planning, total investment estimate for construction investment projects
- Master planning criteria and legal processes, work with state management agencies in planning and construction related to the project's investment preparation
- Coordinate with related infrastructure departments to complete design documents
- Consulting for Heads of Department, Company on matters related to Planning
- Manage and control planning and architectural design documents. Work directly with partners such as design consultants, construction contractors on issues related to works to ensure quality and progress requirements.
- Documenting and developing construction projects of the Company
- Collaborate with project team
- Take direct responsibility before the company's leaders for the technical and artistic criteria of the assigned drawing documents.
- Support individuals and departments in jobs related to Architecture/Interior/Real Estate
- Coordinate with other technical departments of the Company
- Make a plan to manage the quality and progress of planning design documents
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Leader
JOB REQUIREMENTS- University degree or above majoring in Architecture, Planning, Urban Infrastructure Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 2 years of experience in urban planning and design consulting
- Having experience in large-scale projects, especially as an investor
- Good design capacity, experience in working with relevant agencies and departments.
- Knowledge of building codes and standards.
- Proficient in using Auto Cad, Photoshop, Corel Draw, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, MS Office, 3DMax, Scketchup,...
- Ability to organize and perform good work; Leadership and management skills are an advantage.
