Job Description

Participate in researching, establishing and controlling urban planning documents (master planning, zoning planning, detailed planning, urban design) to serve project development orientation and legal procedures for the Investor.

Participate in surveying the current status, researching and preparing task profiles and planning projects at all levels (QHHC, QHPK, QHCT, DTĐT).
Prepare orientation documents and planning project ideas at all levels (QHHC, QHPK, QHCT, DTDT).
Coordinate with planning consultants and related departments to deploy documents according to legal procedures.
Review planning indicators, standards, technical infrastructure and current legal factors.
Support the development of spatial development orientation, land use models and functional zoning.
Present planning options, coordinate work with Departments/branches, People's Committees at all levels.
Update and monitor the progress of established planning documents, prepare documents/files for approval
