Regularly monitor and update information on bidding plans at medical facilities in the region (Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh)
Build a product catalog and bid quantity in line with company direction and sales targets.
Analyze bidding documents, evaluate competitor prices and opportunity and risk factors to increase bid winning rate.
Establish and maintain close relationships with strategic partners: Department of Health, Hospital Board of Directors, Pharmacy Department, treatment departments and related departments.
Represent the company in networking, meetings, and negotiations related to bidding documents, logistics, and post-bidding implementation.
Coordinate with sales team to implement sales after winning bid.
Monitor delivery progress, support in resolving problems arising at hospitals or winning bidders.
Allocate sales costs to each account and program according to approved plans.
Ensure investment efficiency and compliance with assigned budget.
Develop monthly, quarterly and annual business plans for the assigned area.
Periodically report performance results and propose solutions to improve performance.
