Find and maintain good relationships with current customers and new potential customers;
Manage customer expectations, progress and payments for completed and ongoing projects; Collaborate with internal creative team to provide client insights and ensure project quality;
Collaborate with the Marketing Team on necessary activities to help improve marketing methods (customer reporting, research, insights analysis);
Analyze data and plan reports for Key Account Manager.
REQUEST
Graduated from College/University, preferably in Marketing and Economics
Experience from 1 year as Key Account or similar roles
Good communication skills, interested in communication
