1. Work:
Materials accountant will manage and track all import-export activities of all kinds of supplies, tools, raw materials and goods.
-The activities of purchasing, entering and leaving the warehouse for use, sale, construction, etc., by means of the warehouse receipt, stock release and books of all kinds, warehouse cards, etc., are guaranteed to be careful, detailed and accurate.
-Participate in acceptance testing of project items.
Specifically:
-Accounting the import of goods and materials
- Input materials into accounting software
- Make export/import invoices as required
-Report the amount of inventory to the superior and make a plan to import more goods
2/ Mission:
Record and monitor the situation of import and export, and at the same time ensure the amount of inventory in the warehouse according to the regulations of the business to promptly meet production activities.
- Assess the situation of goods and materials by working regularly with other operations management accountants to collect information
- Perform work correctly including material accounting methods, principles and procedures for importing and exporting materials.
– Monitor goods, check actual data with regular inventory to avoid loss
Checking goods to promptly handle excess and shortage of materials, remove and return poor quality materials to ensure the most efficient production activities in the business.
- Make accounting reports on materials to inform management to understand the material situation
3/ Requirements:
Materials accountant must be meticulous, responsible for work and know how to arrange and present books to ensure regular recording of quantity and condition of goods at the enterprise.
-Due to the nature of the work, the material accountant needs to be very patient.
