Job Description

- Job details:
Receiving and checking accounting documents: Receiving documents from clients (input and output invoices, bank statements, contracts, etc.). Checking the validity, legality, and completeness of the documents according to tax and accounting regulations.
Accounting document entry: Enter accounting documents into accounting software (MISA, Fast, etc.). Record transactions: purchases and sales, receipts and disbursements, banking transactions, accounts payable, etc., ensuring correct accounts and journal entries.
Document organization and storage: Classify, organize, and store documents systematically by month/quarter/year. Ensure documents are complete, easily searchable, and suitable for internal audits and tax authorities.
Managing personnel records for clients: Updating and managing accounting data files for each client. Ensuring data is stored completely, securely, and systematically.

- Job requirements:
Professional qualifications: Graduated from a college/university with a major in accounting.
Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting data entry or internal accounting. Recent graduates with a clear career path are also welcome.

Skill:
Proficient in office software (Excel at a good level or higher).
● Be careful, meticulous, and highly accurate in data entry.
● Possesses basic logical thinking skills regarding accounting (journal entries).
● Proactive and responsible in their work.
● Skills in organizing and managing documents scientifically.
● Proficient in using machine learning and office AI tools.
● Basic communication skills for working with clients and internally.
