1. ACCOUNTANT (BANKING + REVENUE): SL 01
a. Bank
- Perform accounting tasks related to payment operations and banking transactions;
- Daily, compare supermarket revenue, close shifts, and record cash for each supermarket on accounting software;
- Issuing invoices and tracking sales revenue;
- Update, store, and manage documents and records related to the work in charge.
- Support the work of other administrative accountants in the department when required.
- Prepare plans and professional reports as requested by the Chief Accountant.
b. Revenue
- Issue invoices according to customer suggestions and individual customer invoices, record revenue on accounting software;
- Update, store, and manage documents related to revenue;
- Monitor debts receivable from retail customers according to each form, at the end of the month finalize outstanding debts receivable from retail customers, and make debt reports;
- Monitor debts receivable from retail customers in each form, at the end of the month, finalize debts that are still receivable from retail customers, and make debt reports; tasks/activities
2. ACCOUNTANT (REVENUE + COST + INVENTORY): SL 01
a. Revenue
- Compare revenue and money received on the system;
- Issue monthly invoices (retail customers and issue invoices at the end of the month).
b. Expense
- Monitor and collect records related to the Company's operating expenses,
- Finalize and compare debts and expenses with NCC
- Perform other arising tasks
c. Inventory
- Record and summarize accurately and promptly the quantity and value of Inventory.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from university majoring in accounting
- Proficient in using Word, Excel.
- Have independent working skills, teamwork, good ability to withstand work pressure;
- Have work planning skills
- Hardworking and responsible at work
- Honest, careful, agile, highly responsible for work and highly disciplined.
- Priority is given to candidates who start work in May and stay long-term
Special requirements for ACCOUNTANTS (BANKING + REVENUE)
- Understanding of FAST, IPOS accounting software.
- At least 1 year of experience in equivalent work in the field of Commercial Services/Food.

- Understanding of FAST and NAV accounting software
- Minimum 1 year of experience in equivalent work in the Supermarket/store field
