Job Description

To make statistics, to monitor the debts of customers, to make reconciliation documents to confirm the debts.
Find suppliers and purchase supplies.
Monitor Suppliers' Debts
Track export - import - inventory of goods.
Check the validity of Invoices (purchases), documents before carrying out procedures for exporting/importing goods into the warehouse.
Compare data and input goods into the system.
Making inventory report, import and export BC.
Receive and process the request for materials from the BCH to the company.
Follow up delivery to the construction site and ask NCC for goods records according to regulations
Control the norm of exported materials for each project. Accounting for the import and export of warehouses and materials, ensuring the accuracy and suitability of cost items in each project
Implement revenue and expenditure, control documents, synthesize data in charge, including: Checking and reviewing payment documents and submitting to leaders for approval. Ensure all arising transactions related to Import - Export of materials are fully, accurately and timely accounted for.
Record all invoices and vouchers related to purchased goods to record debts.
Revenue and expenditure accounting and revenue and expenditure control
Store accounting documents related to the work.
