Job details
- Develop regulations and regulations on financial and accounting management, accounting books, invoices - documents of the company.
- Check and analyze production costs and costs at member companies. Check financial statements, management reports according to the list of requirements of the Company.
- Directing accounting work, making financial and accounting reports, making financial statements, declaring tax, tax finalization, directing the audit of financial statements and tax finalization.
- Developing and implementing business capital plans.
- Contacting departments to update expense reports and related reporting documents on time for tax reporting.
- Actively create relationships with tax authorities, audits, banks and related agencies in Finance and Accounting
- Drafting documents and papers in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Organize inventory activities of assets, cash flows related to business activities or interests of the company
- Providing books and data to serve the audit work of the authorities.
- Make suggestions to improve the unreasonable points in handling the work of the accounting department and related departments.
- Proposing or fully participating in meetings with department heads, company leaders when required.
- Perform other duties as requested by superiors.
Request
- Graduated from University with major in Accounting
- Certified Chief Accountant.
- More than 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant
- English (Average level or higher)
- Having experience working in a cosmetic import-export company to understand the local regulations.
- Candidates are working at companies that distribute skin care and cosmetic brands.
- Candidates can advise on accounting regulations and guidelines in Vietnam.
