Job Description

Organize the accounting apparatus based on correctly determining the volume of accounting work to perform accounting functions and tasks.
Operate and control the operations of the accounting department.
Responsible for the company's accounting and financial operations.
Research and develop Company financial regulations
Directly perform and coordinate some special incidental tasks for the Board of Directors.
Control documents and daily expenses within permitted limits.
Check the balance of the detailed ledger with the general ledger, the balance sheet of the accounts.
Prepare necessary adjusting entries for expenses, revenues, provisions, allocations and transfers.
Work with external agencies related to the work of the accounting department. Responsible for annual tax settlement with the Tax Authority.-
Organize, assign, participate in receiving and handing over work, documents, accounting books...
Guide, check, and control all daily tasks of employees in the department. Monitor, guide, and check the implementation of reports by employees in the department.
Responsible for resolving staff issues in the department and issues related to the work of the accounting department with other departments in the company when the accountant in charge of this job cannot resolve them.
Support other departments when requested by department leaders or company leaders.
