JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for organizing and operating the accounting process according to regulations.
- Review financial statements for compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and Systems (VAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), accounting management reports, and tax declaration reports.
- Work with tax authorities, audits, and corporations on issues related to finance and accounting.
- Coordinate with relevant departments in accounting work:
+ Coordinate with the planning department in planning data related to production and business.
+ Coordinate with other functional departments in asset and capital management on the basis of reflected accounting data.
- Develop policies and regulations on management of financial and accounting activities at the Company.
- Advise the Company's Board of Directors on strategic planning, analyze the economic situation, the company's business results and control the Company's operating costs.
- Support information disclosure to the Stock Exchange.
- Human resource management in the Accounting Department: propose and appoint, recruit, train, and develop accounting human resources to meet the company's management needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Economics/Accounting. Chief Accountant Certificate preferred
Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in finance or accounting. Experience working in public companies is a plus
Experience synthesizing and analyzing consolidated financial statements (VAS & IFRS) is a plus
Experienced in the field of auditing and public accounting
