Advise and assist the Board of Directors in carrying out all accounting, bookkeeping and financial work assigned by the Board of Directors according to the provisions of the Company's Charter.
Inventory and supervise the observance of economic and financial policies and accounting regimes in enterprises.
Organize the dissemination and timely implementation of financial and accounting regimes and regulations issued by the state to executive levels in the statistical accounting system.

Prepare monthly and annual reports on production and business activities or as requested by the Board of Directors in each period.
Timely prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports for the Board of Directors to support effective management decision making.
Perform other tasks related to the Finance and Accounting Department under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Establish and manage the implementation of procedures related to the operational functions of the Finance and Accounting Department.
Direct and supervise the implementation of daily accounting tasks: revenue, expenditure, import and export, sales, banking, accounting, document storage, handling arising tasks in the room to ensure correct current regulations.
Make budget plans and capital use plans.
Plan and come up with financial plans: bank debt repayment, purchases, supplier payments, other incurred costs.
Provide accounting data to relevant agencies: tax, statistics, government, board of directors.
Carry out transactions with banks on credit loans and prepare business plans to submit to the bank upon request.
Solve problems related to business finances: customer debt, supplier debt.
Support salary calculation and other benefits for employees. Work with tax accountants to prepare annual tax financial reports.
Check monthly tax declarations, financial statements according to regulations, annual financial documents, annual financial statements according to current regulations and send to competent authorities.
Manage and serve the Finance and Accounting Department, responsible to the Board of Directors for the activities of the Finance and Accounting Department.
Guide general accounting operations and work management skills for followers.
Implement training and education plans, improve qualifications, and build a team of accountants.
