Job details
- Responsible for building and maintaining the Company's accounting, reconciliation, closing books and preparing periodic financial reports in compliance with current financial accounting regulations
- Analyze reports, thereby capturing fluctuations in costs, debt... to promptly provide solutions to control costs according to the proposed plan.
-Prepare periodic and annual tax declaration and finalization reports for the Tax Administration Agency, work and explain to the Tax Agency, report and propose solutions to handle arising taxes.
- Prepare operational management reports at the request of the Company's Board of Directors.
-Develop processes and forms related to accounting and finance.
-Monitor the storage of accounting books, invoices and original documents of the Company according to regulations.
-Control and manage the process of preparing book records, entering accounting data, accounting payment entries, asset inventory processes, preparing balance sheets as well as other related documents Company officials.
-Check and review cash receipts, payment authorizations and payments with suppliers and partners.
-Plan detailed work and organize the implementation of tasks of the Accounting department.
-Manage and evaluate the capacity of Accounting department staff, support the Human Resources department in recruiting Accounting staff.
-Responsible to the Board of Directors for the Company's financial accounting activities.
-Participate directly in solving specific professional issues and unexpected tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
-Make recommendations to prevent business risks
