Job Description

Responsible to the Director, City. Financial institutions and superior financial authorities on all financial and accounting activities of the hospital.
Organize and perform well the tasks of the accounting department.
Reasonable assignment of tasks to members of the department. Regularly plan to inspect, urge and supervise all accounting activities in the hospital. Organize training to improve the level of department members.
Manage accounting activities to suit the characteristics of the unit, the regimes and policies of the State.
Participate in the development of budget estimates, revenue and expenditure plans, in order to ensure the unit successfully completes its tasks.
Implement well the bookkeeping regime, payment reports, settlements, periodical inventory.
Participate in financial reporting and analysis.
Support to provide data to make investment decisions, purchase machinery and equipment, set up business cases.
In-depth analysis of business activities for arising programs and projects….
Review daily reports, report unusual fluctuations
Coordinate control of annual budget
Participating in the price structure calculation, as a basis for creating new prices or updating prices when there is a decision to adjust prices.
Participate in the supervision of the economic and financial activities of the unit

Candidate Requirements

Graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy.
Experience as Chief Accountant or equivalent at least 3 years.
Female >30 years old, proficient in using Misa
