Job details
- Advising the Board of Directors, building and perfecting the financial and accounting management system in accordance with the provisions of law and the characteristics of the Company.
- Periodically organize an inventory of assets, cash flows and goods related to business activities or interests of the enterprise: weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually.
- Organize accounting work, perfect the accounting apparatus of the Company, ensure to maintain stability, regularity and standard and professional operation, fully supplement high-quality human resources of accountants to meet the Company's continuous development requirements;
- Firmly grasp the situation, ensure the full and effective management and control of costs in the Company's business activities.
- Practice management accounting and control the process to ensure full and effective implementation of accounting activities
- Timely and accurate summary report on data and accounting organization in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the Company's Regulations (periodic or irregular reports at the request of the Board of Directors);
- Organize and complete all types of documents, forms, regulations, processes and procedures in accounting activities. Set up a system of books and accounting reports in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the Company's Regulations.
- Organizing and supervising accounting activities.
