- Job details:
- Managing and organizing the operations of the Accounting Department: Managing and supervising all activities of the Accounting Department.
- Financial control – expenses – accounts payable:
+ Control income and expenses, accounts receivable and payable, cash flow, and payments.
+ Monitor and analyze costs, and propose cost-optimization solutions.
- Managing tax obligations, ensuring that taxes are declared and paid fully and on time.
- Financial reporting & analysis: Preparation and control:
+ Issue VAT invoices as per regulations.
+ Financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually), tax reports, etc.
+ Analyze financial data, identify risks, and suggest improvements. - Participate in financial planning and budgeting.
- Team management
Assigning, guiding, and supervising the work of accounting staff.
+ Training and enhancing the professional capacity of the staff. - Reports & recommendations
+ Regular reports (monthly/quarterly/annually) to the Board of Directors
+ Advise on financial, tax, and cost solutions.
+ Proposed improvements to the Accounting Department's operational system. - Working hours are from Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).
- Job requirements:
- Qualifications: College degree or higher in Accounting/Finance
- I have a Chief Accountant certificate.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 2 years as Chief Accountant.
- Master the regulations regarding finance and accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Honest, highly responsible, and able to withstand work pressure.
