JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accounting system management
- Responsible for all financial transactions, receipts and disbursements in accordance with regulations and accuracy.
- Establish and manage accounting books, including ledgers, cash books, detailed books, and journals.
- Make bank loan application.
2. Prepare financial statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports as required by the company and tax authorities.
- Synthesize and analyze financial data to produce detailed financial reports (including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement).
3. Financial control and analysis
- Implement, monitor and analyze revenues, expenditures, receivables and payables to ensure stable cash flow and profits.
4. Compliance with laws and taxes
- Update on new tax policies and relevant legal changes.
5. Asset and debt management
- Manage and monitor the company's fixed assets and current assets.
- Monitor debt collection and payment of accounts receivable.
6. Budget preparation and monitoring
7. Managing the accounting team
8. External relations and reporting to authorities
- Working with Tax authorities and Banks.
9. Report work content to CFO, Company Director/Chairman of the Board of Directors.
REQUEST
- University graduate majoring in accounting, finance, auditing
- Over 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant at trading companies.
- Solid understanding of tax , insurance and related financial requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software systems : Popular software such as Misa, Fast, ...
- Knowledge of financial management, financial statement analysis , debt and asset management and budgeting.
- Management skills, problem solving, working under high pressure.
- Financial analysis skills to make judgments and improve plans
- Logical and detailed thinking , able to work with data, detect and handle errors quickly.
- Ability to learn and update knowledge about Tax,
