- Check the validity of accounting documents. Issue company invoices.
- Check the accounting entries, compare the balance sheet and the ending balance so that the figures are calculated correctly and match what the report states.
- Accounting for accounting accounts such as income, expenses, depreciation, fixed assets, debts, other transactions, VAT, ... Prepare final accounts.
- Monitor the company's debt. Identify and propose provisions or handling of bad debts of the company.
- Control of income and expenditure, cash and bank funds.
- Prepare periodic financial reports, year-end corporate income tax and personal income tax finalization declarations and detailed explanatory reports.
- Explain data and provide data to tax, audit, and inspection authorities upon request.
- Synthesize and compile accounting data when requested for reconciliation or other requests from superiors.
- Store accounting data in the enterprise's data warehouse for easy retrieval and lookup.
- Coordinate with tax reporting parties or handle tax accounting operations (Tax declaration, tax settlement, data explanation).
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, laws related to finance and accounting.
