Data collection and processing: Collect, process and store data from daily accounting documents. Conduct inventory and reconciliation of documents, invoices and accounting to ensure accuracy and avoid omissions.
Create vouchers: Create receipts and payments, warehouse receipts and deliveries, sales invoices, etc. as soon as needed to avoid delays and omissions.
Check the validity of documents and invoices before entering them into accounting books.
Manage customer and supplier debt
Tax declaration: Prepare tax declarations for all types of taxes: business license, value added tax, personal income tax, corporate income tax, etc.
Salary calculation and salary deductions
Accounting for general transactions: Salary, social insurance, salary deductions, personal income tax, depreciation of fixed assets, tools and supplies, etc.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual tax reports, prepare financial statements, etc.
Prepare other reports as required by the Chief Accountant.
Work directly with Tax, Social Insurance and Bank authorities when requested.
