Job description: Perform accounting-related work including:
- Internal general accounting: update documents and arising operations in the General Journal and related detailed books. Get bank documents. Monitor arising economic contracts, ensuring the allocation of revenue and costs of each contract according to the correct contract implementation time.
- Debt accounting: Monitor contracts in the field of design consulting and supervision consulting from the moment the economic contract arises until the end and collection of debt. Collaborate with independent staff in charge of the project to carry out advance payment and settlement procedures with investors and proactively urge debt collection.
- Payment accounting: Based on the company's issued payment process, payment accounting prepares receipts and payments for advances, company payments to customers and advance payments. , internal payment.
- Tax Accounting: Gather and check the reasonableness and validity of invoices - documents, declare VAT, use of monthly provisional invoices, and close quarterly reports. Submit tax returns on time according to regulations of the General Department of Taxation
- Other tasks as requested by the department head and relevant management board.
