    Job Description

    • General management of all activities related to the fields of finance and accounting, with the Company's production organization model and allocating work to the accounting department accordingly.
    • Prepare document and paper forms in accordance with legal regulations
    • Regularly organize inventory activities of assets and cash flows related to business activities or interests of the enterprise.
    • Reconcile debts from customers - suppliers - banks - state agencies
    • Calculate salaries for employees, pay salaries to employees
    • Control the process of preparing documents and books; asset inventory process; Payment process, Debt management process, Treasury management process, etc.
    • Prepare balance sheet; Investigate financial reports of the business, explain in detail the income and expenditure of the business
    • Create internal reports as required by the Board of Directors (financial reports, revenue, costs...)
    • Submit financial reports and transactions with banks, customers, and suppliers
    • Review documents and invoices to avoid being overlooked
    • Reconcile cash book and actual balance, conduct asset inventory, record debts and report to business owners
    • Coordinate transportation activities.
