    Job Description

    • Monitor and manage receivables and payables, collect input/output invoices
    • Prepare accounting documents and clearly account for revenues, expenses, purchases, sales, depreciation, taxes....
    • Check and compare the valid and legal costs of accounting documents
    • Check arising accounts and compare detailed and aggregated data between departments
    • Allocation of costs and prices
    • Check the consistency of ending balances with documentary reports and ensure balance between general and detailed data
    • Prepare internal accounting reports as required by management and Board of Directors
    • Balance revenue, costs, and profit monthly/quarterly
    • Prepare monthly/quarterly VAT and CIT declarations periodically
    • Make detailed and general books for the company and make statistics according to regulations to prepare reports on inventory, debt, fund balance, and financial statements.
    • Discuss details during interview.
