1. Internal control tasks;
- Summarize daily and weekly material needs.
- Monitor the import and export situation of warehouses at the construction site.
2. Jobs related to Suppliers/Partners:
- Perform debt reconciliation with suppliers periodically.
- Update reports on overdue debts for processing.
3. Work related to the Investor:
- Monitor and manage revenue, advances, settlement, remaining receivables, and warranty amounts.
4. Cost accounting:
- Accounting for direct labor and material costs.
- Inventory report, debt report.
- Record revenue, expenses, and report business results
5. Perform other arising tasks under the direct direction of the Company's leadership.
