    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    • Monitor & Record daily income and expenditure. Accounting and monitoring all accounting transactions arising at the Company;
    • Timekeeping & Salary
    • Monitoring, drafting labor contracts, signing and renewing contracts
    • Monthly/quarterly/yearly tax declaration: Make declarations and submit reports, pay money for license taxes, VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax as prescribed;
    • Check and compare data between detailed and aggregated data; arising clauses, the balance between detailed and general accounting data; ending balance;
    • Manage invoices, issue output invoices, report usage to tax authorities;
    • Print books according to regulations (treasure books, banks, inventory import and export reports, detailed books, Print related books according to accounting period, according to company regulations;
    • Manage, use, store and secure vouchers, books, accounting software programs; keep secret accounting documents and data according to the prescribed regime;
    • Provide and explain documents and data to tax, audit, inspection and inspection agencies at the request of superiors.
    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Honest, careful, meticulous, responsible at work and in good health
    • Good job management skills
    • Enthusiastic, hard-working, able to work under high pressure.
    • Smart, agile, good situation handling is an advantage
    • Good office computer skills
    • At least 1 year experience.
    BENEFITS
    • Salary: 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month
    • Working in a young and dynamic environment
    • Working time: 08:30 - 18:00 (2 hours lunch break) from Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
