Job description
- Perform warehouse accounting tasks: Control import - export - inventory. Monthly inventory and reporting.
- Receive orders from customers, make a SALE order and make a BUY order. Reconcile debts with Customers and Suppliers. Control accounts payable and receivable.
- Carrying out the work of Treasurer, internal expenditure.
- Controlling, storing and securing accounting vouchers.
- Perform administrative tasks at the company and other tasks under the direction of superiors.
Job requirements
- REQUIRED: Know how to use accounting software. Have a laptop to work.
- Agility, honesty, initiative in work and persuasive communication. DO NOT hire lazy and passive people.
