Job Description

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO AT LIFESTYLE

Accounting of general transactions. Update vouchers and data into accounting software.
Monitor and manage debt
Prepare periodic tax reports (quarterly, annually). Prepare financial statements, balance sheets of annual accounts, print books according to regulations, ..
Internal monitoring and reporting.
Monitor and compare inventory with Warehouse Manager.
Organize, store and secure information, records, documents and related documents
Perform other duties related to the operations of the finance and accounting department at the request of the Director.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PREPARE

University degree in accounting, or 2 years of experience in a similar position
Good use of computer software, words, excel and accounting software.
Possess good accounting knowledge, skills in summarizing, comparing and analyzing data.
Knowledge of tax laws.
Ability to synthesize, analyze and handle situations well.
