    Job Description

    Position : General Accountant
    Quantity: 01 ( Full time)
    Working address: 6th floor , 19 Le Van Huu, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi
    Salary: Negotiable ( firm salary and attractive support levels)

    Job description:
    • Collect and process data and accounting vouchers; Collaborate with the Office Assistant to make receipts and payments and appropriate documents
    • Help in summarizing and managing costs by projects
    • Read and check contracts (customers, suppliers)
    • Debt tracking, debt collection
    • Banking transactions as authorized by the Board of Directors
    • Reconcile purchase invoices, issue sales invoices
    • Prepare reports and papers in accordance with regulations such as: VAT declaration, corporate income tax, use of quarterly invoices
    • Prepare tax reports, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
    • On behalf of the company to establish relations, communicate and work with tax authorities
    • Coordinating office administrative work
    • Calculate salary for employees, make deductions according to monthly salary
    • Solve other arising problems related to the company's spending
    • Working time: 9.00 - 18.30, Monday to Friday

    Request
    • Female, university graduate in accounting and finance, corporate finance
    • At least 1 year working experience in similar position
    • Monitor, master and update regularly and fully the documents of the state tax authorities
    • Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    • Responsible, honest and careful
    • Strong knowledge and experience in internal reporting, tax reporting, tax finalization and related tax software
    • Preference will be given to candidates who can speak basic English
