Job description:- Monitoring and accounting for arising transactions: Cash receipts and payments and transactions related to the bank; Receivable – payable; Refund – advance; Inventory – Cost; Fixed assets; Prepaid expenses; Revenue – Expenses; Tax; Wage; And other professions
- Make transactions with banks, insurance and taxes
- Monitor, control, manage, and report monthly debt
- Check and compare detailed and general accounting data
- Check that the ending balance is reasonable and matches the detailed reports and arising terms
- Prepare reports and papers according to regulations such as: VAT, PIT, and CIT declarations; Status of using quarterly invoices…
- Support calculation of salary and bonus, PIT, insurances
- Support to prepare quarterly, 6-monthly, yearly financial statements and detailed explanatory reports
- Making statistics and synthesizing accounting data and accounting reports when required
- Collect, store, preserve vouchers, keep accounting data confidential
- Other tasks as assigned and directed by the Company.
Candidate Requirements :- Graduated in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Mastering accounting operations, being able to synthesize and master accounting and tax regimes and standards
- Proficient in using accounting software (especially MISA) and office computers (especially excel), good word processing skills
- Language proficiency: Have a degree in English and have basic English skills
- Personality: Careful, honest, agile, skillful, inquisitive, responsible for work, sociable with colleagues.
