- Corporate financial management (cash flow, asset management)
- Receive, check, and make optimal plans for the estimated estimates of assigned projects (check quantity, purchase price, partners...).
- Monitoring the implementation process including: Purchase activities of employees, supply contracts on progress, quantity, quality, goods and services documents.
- Handling accounting transactions arising in the business
- Check the accuracy of receipts, payment slips, sales invoices, deposit receipts, daily cash fund.
- Perform inventory at the end of the month and make periodic business results reports to the Director. Organize periodic inventory of all assets, equipment and tools, manage inventory.
- Check all revenue and expenses incurred in the period.
- Control costs, expenses, revenue, profit and loss, inventory, liabilities and reports.
- Report the data at the request of the Head of Department and the Board of Directors accurately and timely.
- Do work under the direction of superiors
