    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION
    Daily:
    • Gather arising invoices and vouchers for tracking and accounting on accounting software
    Monthly:
    • Check and compare the VAT invoice with the input and output tax list.
    • Prepare monthly report summarizing output VAT of the company, classified by tax rate.
    • Prepare monthly report summarizing input VAT of the company according to the deductible output allocation ratio.
    • Monitor the company's budget submission status report. - Check the numbered input invoices for easy tracking, detect illegal invoices and notify relevant establishments
    • Value-added tax planning, corporate income, budget submission
    Quarterly:
    • Quarterly report to summarize the company's output VAT and divide it by tax rate
    • Quarterly report to summarize the company's input VAT according to the deductible output allocation rate
    • Make VAT, PIT, CIT and invoice usage reports
    End of the year:
    • Prepare annual financial statements
    • Prepare annual CIT finalization declaration
    • Prepare the annual PIT finalization declaration
    REQUEST:
    • Degree in Finance, Accounting or related
    • Experience in a similar position.
    • Good use of excel, accounting software
    • Careful, meticulous in work, with a high sense of responsibility.
