- Monitor and document the increase and decrease, the existence of fixed assets, CCDC, repair and repair costs of fixed assets, CCDC. Monitor and calculate depreciation on the system according to the current mode.
- Accounting, tracking deductions, salary - insurance. Synthesize, compare and transfer internal data of TNG, synchronize taxes, adjust accounting, content and data to match the economic content reflected in tax documents.
- Provide general or detailed data, gather vouchers and invoices, complete accounting records for periodic internal audit in accordance with the provisions of Internal Control.
- Conduct a review of account balances, explain account balance status.
- Prepare reports, propose and record entries for making provision for devaluation of inventories, overdue receivables, setting aside funds in compliance with the Financial Regulations and under the decision of the Board of Directors.
- Prepare, complete and submit reports on time.
- Manage, store and take legal responsibility for legal documents as prescribed by the authorities, including: financial statements, accounting, statistics, financial invoices, books and all relevant documents in the tax report file.
- Monitor and control the import and export activities of finished products, excess raw materials and waste from production.
- Collect and calculate product cost. Compare the value of work in progress at the processing unit's warehouse.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
