- Tracking - Checking - Updating expenses incurred daily, balancing payment costs, monthly advances.
- Track timekeeping, calculate and make salaries for employees according to the company's regulations.
- Check the payment records to ensure compliance with the Company's rules and current regulations before submitting to all levels for approval.
- Check, compare, receivable and payable.
- Monitor and summarize production costs, import and export goods.
- Participating in organizing commercial activities to introduce products and promote sales of the Company.
- Summarize input and output invoices.
- Manage and store invoices and supporting documents for Tax Accountant.
- Perform a number of tasks as required by the Management
