Job description:
1. Instruct employees on the procedures for making advances and payments
- Guide employees to make advance and payment procedures
- Supervising the implementation of procedures according to regulations, without errors
2. Review and check documents
- Check the legitimacy and legitimacy of payment vouchers, valid invoices
- Check payment terms, delivery according to the contract
3. Making receipts and payment authorizations
4. Track sales, issue sales invoices
- Receive and check the payment evaluation form of the sales department
- Issue revenue invoices
- Check payment terms, delivery according to the contract, make payment request
- Follow up, perform debt reconciliation
- Regularly call to remind debt, urge customer debt recovery
- Report on debt collection status, debt recovery plan
5. Depreciation of fixed assets, allocation of CCDC, allocation of prepaid expenses
- Monitor the list of fixed assets, CCDC
- Monitor and calculate depreciation of fixed assets, CCDC
- Monitor and compare balances of TS, CCDC monitoring table and accounting account details book
6. Store and arrange accounting vouchers
- Store all accounting documents for future settlement
- Arrange input and output contracts in the correct order
- Arrange payment vouchers, accounting slips, payroll, etc.
- Ensure records and documents are fully stored, easy to find
7. Make periodical reports
- Prepare and check input and output tax declarations
- Prepare and check quarterly VAT declarations, compare them with numbers,
- Make a detailed declaration of income, tax withholding, and PIT obligations of employees; reconciliation with accounting books , , , etc
- Make a report on the use of invoices
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, tax finalization reports in a complete and timely manner in accordance with the law and the Company's regulations.
- Provide data to the Board of Directors or authorities upon request and explain such data.
- Working with tax authorities according to work requirements.
- Update policies and regulations of the State on accounting and tax to apply effectively at the company.
- Organize and maintain the company's accounting books and documents according to regulations.
Request:
- Graduated from University with major in Accounting and Finance
- Knowledge of accounting standards, legal provisions in the field of accounting.
- Knowledge of ERP software is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize reports.
- Organize, arrange and develop plans to perform assigned tasks.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and office computers.
