Describe:
Implement the accounting-financial operations and control the accounting operations of the Company.
Gather records, costs, calculate costs, manage costs, track debts for the Company's project/work items.
Perform periodic inventory, import-export materials, machinery and equipment, manage fixed assets, CCDC, allocate depreciation expenses.
Prepare financial statements, monthly/quarterly/yearly tax obligations and management reports at the request of superiors.
Support the chief accountant to perform some tasks of the Accounting Department.
Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Request:
Graduated from regular university, majoring in Accounting - Auditing, preferably in Financial Accounting from National Economics University, Foreign Trade University.
At least 3 years of experience in general accounting position in Construction, M&E, Engineering, Construction, Medical companies with similar jobs.
Having good capacity, knowledge and skills in accounting profession, accounting regime, good ability to synthesize and analyze data.
Having experience, knowledge and skills in financial statement preparation, tax, import and banking regulations.
Ability to develop plans to execute accounting/work tasks well, on schedule, accurately and in compliance with regulations.
Communicate quickly, speak logically, persuasively, and explain well.
Meticulous, careful, detailed, capable of handling large volumes of data
Proficient in office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ....), good use of accounting software MISA/FAST .....
Good working attitude, hard working, honest, responsible, able to withstand high pressure at work.
