- Summarize accounting data arising during the Company's period (Administration and Tax)
- Responsible for calculating accounting entries arising during the period, ensuring compliance with current accounting regime, ensuring compliance with company regulations
- Check the documents attached to the accounting sheets to ensure correct, complete, timely accounting and according to the company's issued regulations.
- Check if account balances are reasonable and realistic. Find out the cause of the difference and how to fix it.
- Check and compare detailed data and aggregate data.
- Prepare export - import documents, import - export goods, make reports on import and export of goods and manage goods.
- Closely monitor receivables: internal receivables, customer receivables, employee advances
- Monitor, reflect, and fully, accurately, and promptly account for raw materials, supplies, goods, and finished products at the Factory (inventory, export, import during the period).
- Write output VAT invoices, be responsible for the correctness of the data written on the invoice (do not write false data, do not issue invoices arbitrarily)
- Monitor the allocation of CCDC + fixed assets
- Explain and provide documents and data to agencies such as tax, audit, and inspection teams upon request.
- Accounting and tracking of all bank accounts, bank loans, and transactions with banks
- Monitor cost reports: warehouse inventory norms, raw materials, finished products
- Report monthly VAT declaration, report on invoice usage
- Synthesize weekly and monthly reports as requested by PKT and company leaders
- Transfer of revenue, costs, profit and loss.
- Print accounting books.
- Perform other tasks as directed by superiors
