JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for performing and controlling all general accounting operations, including revenue, expenses, cost of goods sold, accounts payable, cash, and bank deposits. Simultaneously, the candidate will organize, review, and standardize the company's accounting books, documents, and records.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform and control all general accounting operations: revenue, expenses, cost of goods sold, accounts payable, cash, and bank deposits.
- Organize, review, and standardize the company's accounting books, documents, and records.
- Prepare and control electronic invoices; directly carry out the declaration and settlement of VAT, personal income tax, and corporate income tax.
- Review and verify payment, advance, and reimbursement documents; ensure compliance with internal control principles and submit them to the Director for approval.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and payable; propose measures for managing and recovering debts.
- Prepare financial reports and management reports; analyze data to support the Board of Directors' operational decisions.
- Coordinate directly with tax authorities, banks, and auditors (if applicable).
- Develop and propose improvements to accounting, finance, and internal control processes.
- Provide guidance and professional support to other accounting staff (when needed).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
REQUEST:
- Graduated from university with a major in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a general accountant; candidates with direct experience working with tax authorities are preferred.
- Possesses knowledge and ability to organize accounting systems and prepare independent financial statements.
- Possess a thorough understanding of accounting, tax, and electronic invoicing laws; and have knowledge of internal control systems.
- Possesses managerial thinking, financial analysis skills, and the ability to propose solutions.
