JOB ADVERTISEMENT: GENERAL ACCOUNTANT Location: Thach Long Junction area, Thach Ha, Ha Tinh.
I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for Tax Accounting & Financial Reporting (Metalworking Company)
Responsible for all tax-related tasks: Preparing and submitting periodic tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, personal income tax) and managing invoice issuance.
Prepare financial statements, annual settlement reports, and management reports.
Directly work with and provide explanations of data to the Tax authorities when requested.
Update on new tax policies and advise the Board of Directors on solutions to optimize legal costs.
2. Accounting for Construction and Manufacturing Sector
Strict accounting and control of costs, revenues, and cost of goods sold for each project.
Monitor accounts payable to subcontractors, materials, and labor; control payment records and verify work completed.
Prepare tax declarations, tax reports, financial statements, and separate tax settlements for the Construction Company as a legal entity.
3. Document Control & Internal Training
Review the reasonableness and validity of all records and documents before accounting for them.
Monitor and reconcile accounts payable; conduct periodic inventory checks of cash, materials, and fixed assets.
Providing guidance, checking, and reviewing accounting entries of the accounting team (sales accountants, transportation accountants, etc.).

Salary: Competitive, not less than VND 15,000,000/month (negotiable, higher depending on qualifications and experience).
