ACCOUNTANT RECRUITMENT
Aluminum Glass Door Manufacturing Company Our company specializes in manufacturing and installing high quality aluminum glass door products, and is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Accountant with knowledge of accounting operations in the manufacturing field.
Working location: 2768 Tran Vinh Kiet, An Binh Ward, Can Tho City Factory size: 500 m2
Main Job Description
General Accounting:
o Perform daily accounting operations: revenue and expenditure, banking, accounts receivable and payable.
o Check, compare and account for purchase and sales invoices (related to aluminum materials, glass, accessories, and finished door products).
o Track and manage fixed assets, tools and equipment, especially machinery and production equipment.
Warehouse and Cost Accounting:
o Regularly compare and check inventory of raw materials and finished products.
o Calculate, allocate and determine production costs for each order of aluminum and glass door products.
o Import and export of materials according to production requirements.
Reporting and Taxes:
o Prepare periodic tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT).
o Prepare financial reports and management reports as required by the Board of Directors.
o Work with tax authorities when required.
Candidate Requirements
College/University graduate majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.
Have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position, priority given to candidates who have worked in manufacturing companies (especially aluminum, glass, and mechanics).
Master accounting practices, Vietnamese accounting standards and current tax laws.
Proficient in accounting software (Misa, Fast, or equivalent) and office software (good Excel).
Careful, honest, responsible and able to withstand work pressure.
