    Job Description

    * JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Working hours: Monday - Saturday morning, 8:30 AM - 17:30 PM

    Working location: 234 Ngo Tat To, Thanh My Tay - Binh Thanh - HCM

    • Monitor and check the cash flow of the entire company with complete and valid documents;
    • Manage, check inventory, cash fund;
    • Check and monitor the allocation of prepaid expenses and depreciation of fixed assets;
    • Training and guiding staff under management or branches in using and accounting for operations according to regulations;
    • Plan to implement inventory and internal inspection of branches;
    • Propose to develop a set of documents according to regulations;
    • Responsible for preparing balance sheet, cash flow report, monthly/quarterly/yearly financial report;
    • Responsible for guiding, checking, arranging and storing internal documents according to regulations;
    • Perform other tasks as required by Market Management.

    * JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • College degree or higher, major in Accounting - Auditing;
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
    • Have good moral qualities, be honest, quick, creative, and conscious of complying with the financial principles and regulations of the Company and the State;
    • Be careful, meticulous and highly disciplined in work;
    • Planning skills, analysis, synthesis and reporting skills;
    • Proficient in office software Word, Excel, Power Point, Accounting software.
