    Job Description


    RECRUITMENT OF INTERNAL GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

    • Manage and summarize accounting data: Accounting-related documents (import and export on Misa amis accounting software)

    • Receive and check the validity and legality of all documents (revenue/expenditure/import/export/invoice/contract) and balance valid input and output invoices.

    • Issue VAT invoice.

    • Check and reconcile revenue and expenditure, accounts receivable to ensure transparency and data matching (bank entry).

    • Cash management/bank matching (data)

    • Prepare internal financial reports (balance sheet, business performance report, cash flow report - coordinate with tax if necessary) periodically.

    Request :

    • University degree or higher in accounting, auditing (3-5 years) with experience in internal accounting, general accounting. Priority is given to those who have worked in the wholesale - retail industry.

    • Master the principles of Vietnamese accounting standards.

    • Proficient in Misa amis accounting software and know about kiotviet sales software, excel, word

    • Skills in analysis, synthesis and reporting.

    • Teamwork communication.

    • Careful, honest, responsible in work, proactive in learning.

    • Salary: 12-15 million/month (in addition, there will be a portion of the company's sales) - (suitable for ability and experience).

    • Bonus : Based on work performance and company business results (bonus % of revenue)
