    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Record transactions related to purchases and sales into accounting software promptly and accurately.
    • Check and monitor customer debt status, coordinate with sales department and debt collection documents. Reconcile debt with customers quarterly.
    • Monitor and manage inventory, check and compare with warehouse department and weekly documents.
    • Banking transactions, payment documents: domestic and international.
    • Track and manage company tools and assets.
    • Weekly and monthly debt and inventory reports.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business performance reports.
    • Prepare reports related to sales and business situation as required by superiors.
    • Prepare and submit financial statements and tax books according to regulations, and explain to tax authorities upon request.
    • Some other tasks and reports as assigned by superiors.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Graduated from university majoring in accounting and auditing.
    • 4 years experience in similar position.
    • Proficient in MISA software.
    • Good office computer skills.
    • Quick, careful, active, honest, highly responsible, good health.
    • Have the spirit of diligence and eagerness to learn.

    INTEREST

    • Salary: 12,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND (Gross salary).
    • Consider salary increase once a year or consider salary increase based on work performance.
    • Holiday bonuses and 13th month salary based on work performance and business situation.
    • Fully participate in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance policies as prescribed by the company.
    • Monthly phone and parking allowance.
    • Annual travel and teambuilding.
    • Regular health check-ups and dental scaling twice a year or join Bao Viet health insurance (after working officially for 6 months).
    • Sports expense allowance up to 300,000 VND/month according to actual payment receipt.
    • Some other welfare policies for official employees and employees with long-term commitment to the company.
