1. Accounting, synthesis
- Check the provisions of the arising transactions, the balance between detailed and summary accounting data.
- Check and record summary entries.
- Check, guide, and adjust accounting sections to ensure accountants account correctly, accurately, and completely.
- Accounting, keeping ledgers, general accounts
- Prepare Management Reports, Financial Reports by month/quarter/6 months/year and detailed explanatory reports.
- Collect and summarize accounting data, provide data to the Board of Directors upon request.
- Explain data and provide documents and data to auditing and inspection agencies upon request.
- Accounting for salary costs and payments to employees
2. Tax work
- Register transactions with tax authorities
- Prepare and send reports to tax authorities (periodic VAT and personal income tax reports)
- Pay Business License Tax, VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Contractor Tax and other taxes and fees as prescribed.
- Explain data to tax authorities upon request.
3. Other work
- Review detailed accounting work within the scope/comprehensive function.
- Organize the preservation and storage of the company's accounting documents in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to complete work.
- Participate in regular or ad hoc briefings and related meetings as required by superiors.
- Implement work reporting regime according to Company regulations and relevant laws.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accountant and the Board of Directors.
