1 Detailed Job Description:
1.1 Debt Management:
- Monitor, update and compare customer and supplier debt data
- Prepare periodic debt reports, support timely dispute resolution
1.2 Warehouse Management:
- Control import and export documents, record and store fully and accurately
- Reconcile warehouse data with accounting system to maintain consistency
1.3 Invoice Processing & Tax Audit:
- Prepare and issue invoices in accordance with regulations, ensuring transparency and legality.
- Review tax data, prepare monthly reports and coordinate when there are inspections from authorities
2. Requirements:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in general management at a commercial service company
- Deep understanding of tax, always updated with new policies, 1-2 years of tax experience
- Graduated from high school or higher; diligent, careful, meticulous and persistent
