    Job Description

    1. Management and accounting:

    • Collect, check, and account for daily accounting documents (revenue, expenditure, import, export, debt,...).
    • Monitor and control import, export and inventory of equipment, gases, cylinders and tanks.
    • Control and monitor accounting data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness and compliance with regulations.

    2. Debt management:

    • Track customer and supplier accounts, reconcile, and resolve overdue accounts.
    • Check and urge debt collection from customers.

    3. Prepare financial and tax reports:

    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (IS, CS, BS) as required by the company and management agencies.
    • Make tax declarations and settlements (VAT, CIT, PIT,...) on time and accurately.
    • Update new tax policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.

    4. Asset and inventory management:

    • Track fixed assets (including vehicles, tanks and production machinery), calculate depreciation.
    • Inventory control, perform periodic or ad hoc inventory as required.
    • Monitor and inspect assets lent/rented to customers.

    5. Support and coordinate with the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant:

    • Work with banks, tax authorities and relevant parties to resolve any issues that arise.
    • Assist with financial planning, cash flow management and other duties as assigned.

    6. Process development and improvement:

    • Build and improve accounting processes and data management systems to increase work efficiency.
    • Training accounting staff, building KPI system and implementing process.
