Job Description

Receive details of fixed asset depreciation, depreciation expense allocation table, prepaid expense allocation for each production workshop from Fixed Asset Accounting
Receive the monthly production plan, production conversion plan; details of the plan cost, the cost of implementation of the plan from the P.ĐĐX
Receive salary expenses and salary deductions; cost of electricity, water, gas, services...from Cost Accounting.
Receive detailed lists of NVL-CCDC exported and used for each product line, of each production workshop from NVL-CCDC Warehouse Accountant.
Receive details of finished products imported from production by each product line, each factory from the Finished Goods Warehouse Accountant.
Checking the recording of production costs by operating accountants, ensuring that there are no cases of confusion between production and non-production costs.
Re-check the cost accounting of NVL-CCDC by the warehouse accountant, ensure the correct accounting of costs for each workshop and for each product line actually produced.
Check and compare the data related to the planned cost, the implementation cost of the plan, and the accounting cost.
Information and request to adjust the incorrect accounting of production costs to the operating accountants.
Information and request for adjustment of allocations, misrecording, and omission of expenses of P.ĐHĐX. - Implement management accounting reports, KPIs.
Participating in probabilistic inventory, periodical inventory of warehouses of NVL-CCDC-TP
Support processing inventory results.
Organize and store files and documents.
