* PREPARING & SUPPLYING TYPES OF TAX REPORT AS REGULATIONS, CORRECTLY, FULL, TIMELY:
- Prepare periodic value added tax (VAT) declarations according to regulations.
- Prepare periodical personal income tax returns as prescribed. Make periodic reports using personal income tax withholding receipts as prescribed.
- Make a payment slip into the state budget (state budget) for VAT, corporate income tax (CIT), personal income tax (PIT).
- Prepare VAT and import tax refund dossiers (If any).
- Prepare annual CIT & PIT finalization report.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable Accountant to check and compare records of payment and receipt of goods to adjust revenue and report tax in a timely manner when arising.
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable Accountant to make a list of input invoices as required.
* OPTIMIZATION OF TAX COST
- Planning & proposing timely payment of value-added tax and corporate income budget.
- Prepare tax incentives for new investment projects, register new arising units or reduce adjustments when arising.
- Coordinate with Chief Accountant to analyze tax-related issues, propose different plans to optimize tax costs & benefits of the whole Company.
* HANDLING TAX-RELATED ISSUES
- Directly guide and handle arising problems related to invoices and documents in accordance with the provisions of law.
- Directly work with tax authorities when there are jobs arising.
- Tax records and information before being provided to the outside must be fully approved by the competent authorities.
- Ensure the accounting book system is properly, fully and timely accounted according to accounting principles, standards and laws.
- Updating, disseminating and providing timely guidance on tax information, composing & sending notices of operations prescribed by the Tax Law related to the Company's production and business activities.
