    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Execute the payment order to the bank.
    • Track bank deposits and cash (funds).
    • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation reports.
    • Verify the validity and completeness of payment documents (invoices, contracts, vouchers, etc.) and ensure prior approval before payment.
    • Prepare payment vouchers and receipt vouchers.
    • Perform reporting and other tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant.

    - Job requirements:

    • Graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Experienced in accounts payable.
    • English reading and comprehension.
    • Understanding Vietnamese tax and accounting regulations.
