– Prepare reports, check and compare detailed books with general books and estimates
– Monitor acceptance progress, debts, and payments of the investor: track unfinished costs of each project and item. Track completed revenue of each project and item
– Store documents for each project: need to carefully arrange and store internal documents, invoices, documents, estimates, settlements, acceptance and handover records, etc. in a truly scientific way.
–Monitor and urge payment and collection of closed debts.
–Monitor and confirm accurate input and output debt
